Definition

A description and assessment of a JSE-listed share prepared by the staff of PDSnet for the benefit of its clients. PDSnet staff are constantly engaged in reading available reporting on listed companies as well as relevant stock exchange news (SENS) announcements. From these materials they prepare a written opinion of every company listed on the JSE giving its nature of business, its most recent financial results as well as any major news items like take-overs, mergers and acquisitions. The share's technical position is also reviewed and an opinion as to its future prospects given. The opinions are constantly updated in response to company announcements and reports appearing iin the media.
